Flat List

Flat list of lines prepares so:

  1. Move the first line of the future list in the necessary position across. Thus, you set horizontal position of the future list, its indent.
  2. Select all the line long the future list and execute operation “List of Lines” by means of the popup menu or on hotkeys (by default, hotkeys are not appointed).

If you have added in the list middle (either in the beginning, or in the end) new item, or have removed unnecessary item, for reformatting of the list it is enough to select all the line long the list and once again to execute operation “List of Lines”. The new item of the list will be formated as it is necessary to it, a numbering of items of the list will be automatically corrected.

If you have to correct horizontal position of the list, establish a correct indent at the first line of the list, then select all the line long the list and execute operation “List of Lines” once again. All items of the list will accept new position across.

The list of paragraphs prepares so:

  1. Break the initial text into paragraphs, i.e. insert empty lines dividing paragraphs in proper places. The turned out paragraphs are future elements of the list.
  2. Move the first line of the first paragraph in the necessary position across. Thus, you set horizontal position of the future list, a indent of all its elements.
  3. Select all paragraphs of the future list and execute operation “List of Paragraphs” by means of the popup menu or on hotkeys (by default, hotkeys are not appointed).

If you have added in the list middle (either in the beginning or in the end) new item-paragraph, or have removed unnecessary item, for reformatting of the list it is enough to select all paragraphs of the list and to execute operation “List of Paragraphs” once again. The new item of the list will be formate exactly as it is necessary to it, numbering of items of the list will be automatically corrected.
